Kingfisher Club Card Terms and Conditions

 -The Kingfisher Club Card is valid for use at all Kingfisher outlets, including:

1. Rangoli Restaurants

2. Dolphin Restaurant

3. Multiplex

4. Cottages & Rooms

5. Game Zone

6. Water Park

- Cardholders are entitled to exclusive benefits, discounts, and privileges at participating Kingfisher outlets.

- Bringing the Kingfisher Club Card physically is mandatory to avail the benefits and discounts.
- The cardholder must present the card at the time of billing or ticket purchase to enjoy the benefits.
- Failure to present the card may result in denial of benefits and discounts.

- Cardholders can avail a maximum of 10 tickets per day for movies or water park entry.
- Tickets can be booked in advance, subject to availability.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

- One card can book a maximum of 2 rooms and 2 cottages at any single event booking.
- Cardholders can enjoy exclusive discounts on room and cottage bookings.

- The Kingfisher Club Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.
- The card is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.
- Kingfisher Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the Kingfisher Club Card program at any time without prior notice.
- The cardholder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Kingfisher Club Card program.

- The Kingfisher Club Card is not valid for any events, parties, or marriages.
- The card cannot be combined with any other coupons or vouchers.

- All discounts are calculated on the menu rates published by Kingfisher Group.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- All reservations are subject to availability.
- We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

- Government taxes and service charges are added to the final bill.

- Kingfisher Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of the Kingfisher Club Card.
- The cardholder shall be responsible for any unauthorized use of the card.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- The applicability of all Terms and Conditions is governed by Mandla jurisdiction.
- Any disputes arising out of the use of the Kingfisher Club Card shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Mandla shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
